# Privacy

CueKeep is a conversation-starter app. This page describes what we store. It does not claim that we cannot be compelled by law, and it does not claim that your device is impossible to compromise.

## Account

We store the email address you use to sign in (Supabase Auth). If you add a display name, we store that on your profile.

## Public catalog

Categories and curated snippets are a shared library. They are not private. Other signed-in users can read them.

## Private collection

Ideas you create, snippets you keep, notes, and ratings are encrypted on your device before they are stored. The server keeps ciphertext, not readable text. We do not receive your private passphrase and cannot recover it.

On Apple devices you may opt in to Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode to unlock a derived key stored in the Keychain on that device. That key is not your passphrase. The website does not persist the derived master key.

## Deletion

You can delete your account in Settings by typing DELETE_MY_COLLECTION. That removes your login and your encrypted collection from our server. The public catalog is not deleted.

## Analytics

CueKeep does not include a third-party analytics SDK. Apple MetricKit diagnostics, when present, stay on the device unless you later choose a crash service.
